Spray dryer is the single step drying operation in which liquid feed solution, emulsions, dispersions or slurries are directly converted to free flowing powder or granules. Spray dryers are custom built designs having various atomization and flow patterns to suit the feed and product characteristics and can be used for multi product
drying duty. The spray dryers are available in rotary disc atomizer
system, pressure nozzle system, two fluid nozzle system or
both combinations atomizer & nozzle.

Adopting latest technological development, we manufacture a precision engineered range of spin flash dryers which are used for drying of wet cake, viscous and thick paste. Material is fed with a screw feeder through a variable sped drive in to vertical drying chamber. This is heated by air and at the same time a specially disintegrated disintegrator. There is direct or indirect heating of air which depends upon the application and the dry powder is collected through cyclone separator/ bag filter or with a combination of both. Agitated spin flash dryers are used when the material to be dried is sticky in nature, thixotropic and requires longer drying time.

Fluidized Bed dryers are available with batch type, continous type and vibratory continuous type fluid bed dryers are ideally used to meet special particle size, dispersibility and bulk density requirements. The feed comes in contact with fluidized dried particles and agglomerates. External fluidized bed systems are provided for finish drying, de-dusting, and product cooling. These fluid bed dryers are widely used in the pharma, food, and agrochemical industries etc. The dryer offers better control on fluidization, residence time, product moisture and dust levels.

Flash Dryers are used for drying of wet cakes, crystals or granular products, sticky or non-sticky in nature. These are long ducts carrying hot air at a high velocity and the material is dried while it is pneumatically conveyed along with hot air.

Direct rotary dryer comprises of rotating inclined shell through which a hot stream of air flows, the wet material present in the rotary shell is lifted by means of spiral flight and showered in hot flowing air. Due to this direct contact, the product is dried. Indirect type rotary dryers comprises of steam tube bundle inside the shell which from which heating media is passed and outside tubes the feed material is
passed and drying takes place.
